Before making a reservation for your MAT Portugal trip, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our booking service, you establish a contractual relationship with MAT Portugal.

2. Contract and Reservations

• When you make a reservation with MAT Portugal, the resulting contract is between you and us.

• The term “Supplier” refers to entities such as hotels, tourist activity operators, transportation companies, and other service providers.

• A “package” includes accommodations, experiences, restaurants, and/or transfers.

• A “reservation” or “booking” is the acquisition of products or services through MAT Portugal, confirmed via email address.

3. Availability and Errors

• While we strive to ensure accurate service availability, occasional errors may occur in your reservation.

• If flaws are identified, we will notify you within 72 hours after your booking.

• We reserve the right to cancel your booking without prejudice to you or MAT Portugal.

4. Payment

• Commissions, taxes, and fees required by the government, other authorities, or the selected service’s Supplier are your responsibility.

• Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

5. Passports and Visas

• Ensure you have valid passports and any necessary visas for your trip to Portugal.
